About the Texas Certified Food Manager Exam
The Texas Certified Food Manager Exam includes 75 multiple-choice questions. You have a total of 90 minutes to complete the exam. Questions are presented one at a time, and you can review any questions you previously answered. You must score at least 70% to pass the exam and earn your food manager certification. You have up to two attempts to pass the exam. If you do not achieve a passing score after two tries, you will need to re-register for the exam and start again from the beginning.
